Return & Cancellation

We have a simple return and exchange policy. If you are not satisfied or happy with your purchase, you must inform Believe Premium Food within 24 hours from the date of receiving the package.

Once we receive your request, we will validate the return or exchange. Only after our authorization, the product must be returned to us within 2 business days, along with:

- A copy of the invoice

- Original packaging

- The product in the same original condition as delivered

After verification, your refund will be processed.

If a product is returned to us without prior approval from Believe Premium Food, the return or exchange will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

- Customized or specially prepared products

- Accessories

- Products purchased during sales or discount offers

Damaged or Defective Products

In case of defects or damage, Believe Premium Food may request a picture of the damaged product. After reviewing the image, we may arrange to send a replacement of the same product, if applicable.

International Orders

Currently, returns are not accepted for orders delivered outside India.

Partial Order Availability

If you order multiple products and Believe Premium Food is unable to supply certain items, you may choose to:

- Select another product

- Receive store credit

- Receive a refund for the unavailable product only

Product Handling Disclaimer

For products that include delicate materials such as beads or similar decorative elements, customers should understand that slight detachment may occur during handling or shipping. Even with careful packaging and delivery, this may sometimes be unavoidable.
